While you will be behind a desk at times, a large portion of your time will be spent at our various locations within the gorgeous Ocala National Forest. You will be working with the public and helping make their adventures happen. The main emphasis of this position is to provide leadership to all Naventure staff located in the Ocala National Forest. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience training staff to provide exceptional levels of customer service.

ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES
We accept applications on an ongoing basis, and welcome prospective candidates to express their interest for future opportunities.

Hosts work together to ensure the campground is in good working order and that all visitors are informed, prepared and attended to. Primary responsibilities include customer service, gatehouse shifts, cleaning bathroom facilities, light maintenance and landscaping, camp site cleanup and creating a high energy positive work environment.
Hosts are expected to work a minimum of 3 months and can work our full 8-month season (March through November). Hosts that can stay longer are always welcome. Hosts work 25-40 hours per week and are paid hourly.

Lifeguards must have a strong focus on risk management and communication. Applicants need to have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Must be 18 years or older, and must have up-to-date lifeguard, first aid, and CPR certifications. Must be able to walk at least one-mile comfortably and lift about 50 lbs.
