Seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all Juniper Springs area sites, including Mill Dam, Wildcat Lake, Juniper Wayside, and Sweetwater Cabin. Ensure full staffing with professional and courteous individuals to uphold Naventure's commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Recruit, train, and retain top-quality staff while providing leadership and managerial support. This critical year-round role requires ownership of a hard-side camper trailer or RV suitable for long-term living.
