Join our team at Juniper Springs Recreation Area and help lead operations across multiple campgrounds and day-use areas within the Ocala National Forest. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising Site Supervisors, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing budgets, maintaining Forest Service compliance, and promoting environmental stewardship.

A Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of assigned sites. This includes supervising staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining safe, clean, and well-run facilities. The Supervisor works closely with staff, other supervisors, company leadership, and the U.S. Forest Service to uphold standards, lead by example, and create a positive team environment.

The Campground Host serves as the on-site ambassador for Hopkins Prairie Campground, providing exceptional customer service to visitors while supporting the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the campground. Living on-site, the Campground Host serves as a visible presence within the campground, assisting guests, monitoring facilities, communicating campground rules, and reporting maintenance, safety, and operational concerns to management.
