Brittany started with Naventure in March 2025 as a host at Lake Powhatan but was quickly promoted to Sliding Rock Manager. After a successful completion of the Sliding Rock season, she seamlessly moved into the Site Manager role at Lake Powhatan.

Brittany brings not only and in-depth knowledge of our Pisgah locations, but also an operations background from her time working at Amazon. She previously worked in senior leadership roles where she developed SOPs, training programs, and focused on process improvements across large, complex operations.

As Operations Manager, you will see her around the Pisgah complex offering support to all Pisgah sites but during the Sliding Rock season she will shift her focus to manage Sliding Rock operations specifically.

Brittany has a Bachelor of Science from NC State University in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
